Voice Campaign:

This is a simple voice broadcasting campaign also known as message campaign that dials numbers from a contact list, once the call is answered, the system plays a recorded voice message and then hangs up.

Agent Campaign:

Agent campaign dials numbers from contact list and once the call is answered, the system directs the call to agent/external call center/IVR system.

Interactive Campaign:

Interactive campaign allows the called party to respond by entering a selection on the phone. The system starts by dialing numbers from the contact list, once the called party answers the call, the system will play a recorded message and if recipient makes a selection then the call is redirected to a live agent for further call processing.

Inbound Campaign:

Inbound campaign works like IVR system. User publishes incoming numbers (DIDs) and interested callers call this/these number and listen a pre-recorded voice message. If caller presses desired key, the call will be forwarded to live agents for further call handling.

Survey Campaign:

Survey campaign dials number from contact list, once the call is answered, the system asks a set of questions and records the responses or selection made by the called party and then prepares a call report for further analysis.

IVR Campaign:

IVR campaign broadcasts IVR (Interactive Voice Response) message.
